Transportation Request Forms
Policy Update:
Effective August 1st 2014, Parents/Guardians are required to complete a “Transportation Request” form for their children at their assigned school for all school bus requests. This change reflects the procedure outlined in the North Carolina State Statute:115C-246.
Please contact your school bus coordinator at your child's school if you have any transportation questions or needs.
