Services that we provide
- WAN – Wide Area Network - The DCS Technology department provides and maintains Internet connections to all Davidson County School Locations.
- LANS- Design and support for Local Area Networks including troubleshooting and repairs. Wireless network support to provide a secure and robust network connection.
- Internet Web Filtering – The Technology department provides internet filtering through the use of Zscaler.
- Phones - We support Voicemail, IP phones, landlines, and fax machine connections.
- Email - Provide email accounts to all Davidson County Schools faculty and staff when applicable.
- Computer Repairs - Certified trained technicians provide repair and support for computers, printers, monitors, and other electronic instructional equipment.
- School Messenger – District administrative support and contact for accounts and uploading of student/faculty information.
