Co-Teaching

To learn something well, teach it.  This forces you to be organized and focused on what you are doing.  Motivation will be here as you are the instructor.  In co-teaching, students take turns teaching their lesson to each other.  Also, students who discuss their work, quiz each other, or recite their lessons to each other, help beat the problem of isolation and loneliness.

Why doe s Co-Teaching Work?

It works because you are preparing, alert and interested in what you must do-teach your friend.  The secret lies in this preparation.  Secondly, you and your friends are reinforcing each other in your learning.  We all study some together now, answer/questions before a quiz, discussion over something in class, etc.  Co-teaching goes a step farther.  Remember: Co-teaching is sharing.  One person helps the other.
