Communication at Tyro
Communication At Tyro

Communication between students, parents, and teachers is vital to success at any school. Here are some different avenues of Communication at Tyro:

1) Agendas -- Agendas are the first and most important means of staying in contact with your child's classroom. Agendas are filled out each day, and they show current assignments as well as any notes that the teacher may write.

2) Email -- Each teacher at Tyro has an Email address, and messages are checked several times each day. You can access a teacher's email by clicking on the "Faculty" link or the "Teams" link and clicking his name.

3) Website -- This website is kept reasonably current, and contains announcements and stories on the front page. By clicking "Teams" and finding a teacher, you can stay abreast of what is happening in each classroom.

4) Conferences -- Your child's teachers are always willing to discuss your child's progress. Call during their plan time to set up a conference.
BoxTops for Education
Tyro is collecting Boxtops for Education this year. Please clip these coupons and send them to school with your child.
