A child is eligible to attend Kindergarten if he/she will be five years old on or before August 31, 2013. To enroll for the 2013-2014 school year a parent/guardian must come to the school to officially enroll their child. The following must be provided:  1) certified birth certificate, 2) two proofs of residence and one parent's drivers license. When you enroll your child, a health form will be given to you to be completed by a physician or the health department.
