Applications submitted by lateral entry candidates who have already begun pursuing certification in the required licensure area will be reviewed first from the pool of lateral entry applicants.
The process for completing an application as a lateral entry teacher is the same as that for licensed teachers. The application process is described in the preceding paragraphs.
