Southmont Elementary forms a School Improvement Team that is comprised of administration, teachers, instructional assistants, Title 1 specialists, Guidance, EC, and parents.  The team meets throughout the year to review student progress and revise goals.  The plan is updated quarterly through the use of student data, collaboration, and review of previous goals.
