End of Year Exam Schedule The traditional middle and high schools in the Davidson County Schools system are dismissing early on select days in early June. Valley Academy will have regular length instructional days with transportation provided each day for our regular bus riders during our exam schedule below (8:20-2:30). Please contact a member of the Valley Academy staff if you have any questions or concerns. Students will be taking one exam each day. Monday, June 3rd: Honors English 1 Common Exam Tuesday, June 4th: Physical Science Common Exam Wednesday, June 5th: Principles of Business and Finance CTE Post Assessment Thursday, June 6th: Common Core Math 1 End of Course Exam |

Our students recently completed a marketing project. They organized focus groups of potential students, parents, school system employees, and community members to gather feedback about the product they were tasked to market. Their real world task? To market Valley Academy to current 8th graders that might be interested in becoming our next freshmen class. Below is a link to their video. This project took countless hours, active collaboration, and a lot of hard work. Thanks to everyone that participated in a focus group that helped craft the content of this video. We are very proud of our students' efforts. |
