The North Carolina State Board of Education approved a change in March to the way that the state test scores will be provided to students with a move from four achievement levels to five. This move will provide greater precision in reporting EOG/EOC performance. More information can be found here

Due to the unprecedented occurrences of inclement weather, the traditional school calendar grading periods and report card release dates will be modified as follows:

3rd Quarter:
Began on January 23 and will end on April 4. Report cards to be released on Monday, April 14.

4th Quarter:
Will begin on Monday, April 7. Report cards to be released on Monday, June 23.

New Staff Members

We have a few new faces here at Reeds this year.  We would like to welcome Kristin Phillips as our new 1st grade teacher, Olivia Klutz as our new 2nd grade teacher, Dolly Fields as our new AIG teacher, Sharon Cooke as our new Reading Specialist and Leasa Carpenter as our new ESL.  They will be a great asset to our school and we know that you will join us in welcoming them to Reeds!
