We are having a great year in the media center. Mrs. Wilson and Mrs. Crotts are working to bring you the best media center ever! We are grateful for help from our long-time volunteer, Justin Steed.

We will choose a Battle of the Books team in the near future and begin practicing for the competition in March. Twelve of our fourth and fifth graders will travel to Denton Elementary to compete against teams from the other Davidson County elementary schools.

Please support for our fall book fair September 24-October 1! Our second Scholastic book fair of the year will be held in early March in conjunction with Parent Night. Please continue to support our book fairs and encourage your students to read.
