The Davidson County Schools Beginning Teachers' Program is committed to meeting the North Carolina Standards for Beginning Teachers and Mentors. Goals of the school system include supporting the many dedicated, caring mentor professionals who assist and train beginning teachers within their school environment and providing guidance to beginning teachers as they successfully complete the requirements outlined in the Beginning Teacher Program.
