SchoolNet Test Won't Open in Canvas for Students/Error Message

Some students experience an intermittent access issue when clicking on a linked SchoolNet assessment in a Canvas course assignment and receive an access denied error message.

The verified work around for this error message is to:

  • Clear Chromebook History and restart
  • Launch SchoolNet from the NCEdCloud first and view the welcome page
  • Close SchoolNet, then
  • Open Canvas as normal and navigate to the assignment to take the SchoolNet test as normal.
