Requests to Conduct Research in DCS

Prior to beginning any proposed research and/or survey of students or staff members in Davidson County Schools, researchers must:

1. 1. Complete the Application for Permission to Conduct Research (document attached below).
   2. Return the application and all supporting materials.
   3. Receive a signed letter of approval from the Director of Accountability and Testing.
   4. Research must adhere to the Instructional Review Board policies.

Once research has been completed, the researcher will participate in an Exit Interview.
