Operations

Department Overview 

Operations is comprised of the following departments: athletics, school nutrition, maintenance, technology, and transportation. As a team, we work together to support safe and clean environments, healthy competition, and meals that meet the health and nutrition needs of students. We also manage new construction, make repairs to school facilities, and oversee new capital projects. Our team also provides information technology services, data management, and manages and maintains our transportation services for Davidson County Schools, Lexington City Schools, and Thomasville City Schools.
