Note: Credit earned from these modules will be directly reported to HR on a quarterly basis throughout the year. These credits should NOT be recorded on your school umbrella form. DLC CEUs vary by course. Please allow up to ten days for processing coursework.

Course Description:
This module will provide participants with an overview of EVERFI- a resource that provides free K-12 digital literacy courses in order to promote learning real-world skills. In order to receive digital literacy credit for this module, participants must implement an EVERFI course in their classroom. Please preview the course offerings from EVERFI to determine whether this module will be appropriate for you.

Course Description:
This online training course will provide users with an overview of the Canvas Learning Management System. Canvas can help you create a seamless online course for your students. Grades for assignments and quizzes are exported directly to your PowerSchool Gradebook. Canvas is the LMS for 9-12 teachers/students but is available for any K-12 teachers to use. Enroll to learn more about the capabilities of online learning and assessment with Canvas!

The DCS Digital Learning Modules are designed to feature a variety of instructional technology resources available to you. Each course is worth one hour of Digital Learning Credit.
Course artifacts are reviewed and may need revision depending on your feedback in order to be recommended for credit. Select any of the following modules below to self-enroll in a digital learning module course.

The courses below were created from the recordings from prior sessions at the NCBOLD Conference. NCBOLD is a yearly conference that NCDPI's Division of Teaching and Learning hosts where they recruit educators with a proven track record to deliver high-quality professional learning tied to Digital Learning Competencies. DCS employees can receive credit for watching these recorded PD sessions and completing the associated assignments/quizzes.

Certificates/evidence of completion for the following courses (and any other courses not facilitated by DCS) will need to be submitted to your school's staff development coordinator and recorded on your school umbrella.

Credit types: All courses are marked in the NCEES PD System for general credit only. However, at the discretion of the LEA, courses may be appropriate for additional credit types as listed: G = general, L = literacy, DL = digital learning.
