Research Approval Form

Prior to beginning any proposed research and/or survey of students or staff members in the district, researchers must:

    1. Complete the Application for Permission to Conduct Research (PDF is located below)
    2. Return the application and all supporting materials
    3. Receive a signed letter of approval
    4. Research must adhere to the Instructional Review Board policies
Once research has been completed, the researcher will participate in an Exit Interview.
